Chris Kowalczyk                              Managing Director

Chris started in the training industry after leaving his job as a computer programmer. The job centre sent him on a computer course with a national charity. He became the IT Tutor and then Centre Manager where he negotiated a million pound contract from the Learning Skills Council. He went on to be a Contracts Manager and finally Managing Director of the company. Since then he has worked for a number of different training providers in senior management roles. He became a consultant / trouble-shooter for the training industry in 2012. He is a qualified Assessor and Internal Verifier and is educated to degree standard in the Information Technology field. Chris has worked with IMI, C&G, Edexel, EDI, OCR and NCfE.



Lynne Rawling                                           Director

Lynne has been working in the training industry for 10 years as a Senior Administrator, Auditor and Office Manager. Lynne has worked on many types of contracts such as Learn Direct, Skills Funding Agency and Education Funding Agency programmes. Lynne has designed administrative systems that meet funding guidelines and PFA audits. Lynne is educated to degree standard and is an expert on Training Provider MIS systems such as Pellcomp PICS and Tribal Maytas. Has advanced levels of Microsoft Office. Lynne has worked with IMI, C&G, Edexel, EDI, OCR and NCfE.
